With 20 years of experience in leadership roles with both small and large companies, I have worked with leaders and managers across all organization functions. During my 17 year career in brand marketing, I helped branded products grow to their potential, which sparked my passion for doing the same with people.

Personal
I grew up in New Jersey until I ventured off to college in Ohio. My westward migration continued after college when I moved to Chicago, then on to Minneapolis for graduate school. I am now settled in the Chicago area with my wife of 31 years, our 3 children who are in high school and college, and our energetic pup!
In my free time, you will find me spending time outdoors. I love sailing our 16' Hobie® Cat on the beautiful (and sometimes wild!) Lake Michigan, taking nature hikes, or my summer time treat- camping in the Colorado Rockies.
One of my personal practices is to step out of my own comfort zone. Whether it was my trek half way around the world to Bali, Indonesia, or going through Improv classes at Chicago's Second City- I learned something new about myself every time.
